The Oral interview/examination focuses on the ability to communicate orally. It covers areas of work experience, education, and training. There are usually situational questions that will require the candidates to place themselves in the position of a Police Officer and act in a reasonable manner, taking into consideration that the applicant has not received any formal law enforcement training.
